Prayer of the day
Forgiving God, even as you have forgiven us, help us show love and forgiveness to those who have wronged us. Give us the strength to accept your healing and move past our pain, in Jesus’ name.

People of Grace, there are times when it’s hard to forgive, and sometimes we can’t forget. But may Christ’s call to give forgiveness countless times lead us through painful moments of brokenness to healing and wholeness, by the power of God, Father +Son and Holy Spirit.

Faithful God,
we are drawn to the flashy and sensational, but that soon fades. Help us understand that the power of the Good news is from you, and does not come from us, but is in the ordinary things you use to accomplish your kingdom.
