Arthur Colinet (1885-1956) was a blind French composer, organist of the Basilica of Saint-Nicolas in Nantes and the director of the music school for the blind in the same city. He wrote several short pieces for organ, among them this fun little Toccatina and a sweet, tuneful Communion.
