Because we sell copyrighted and protected content, there is a limited refund policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase and try a 2-week demo of any Hauptwerk sample set you are interested in, to confirm that the set meets your expectations and works successfully on your system. Once you have a working perpetual iLok code, you could conceivably ask for a refund, then transfer or sell it (or continue to use it).
In special circumstances, we may choose to refund your sample set purchase, minus a $15 US fee for the the cost of the license administration, but this is very rare, and decided on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot issue refunds for PDF music scores due to copyright restrictions.
